2020 scientific mediation installation commissioned by Centre de Recherche en Neurosciences de Lyon (CRNL) Engineering, Unity, 3D, RaspberryPi

Listen is an installation created to simulate and show the physiological, mechanical and neurological aspects of the human audition. A mannequin with microphone-ears is in the center of a room, and multiple tablets are connected to it in realtime through a 3D app. The app shows what happens inside of the manequin’s head while other participants talk to it, play instruments around, make it listen to music, etc.

The installation is used to teach Neurology in the university, and serves as a prevention device about protecting one’s audition with children and teenagers.
